POSITION SUMMARY RN Case Manager

POSITION DUTIES DCP in an acute care setting

Minimum Required Qualifications

1 year case manager experience

Oregon & WA RN license active on file

Weekends and Holiday support required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Kaiser Experience

LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT 13 weeks

SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK M-F day shift; EOW as needed
